The Saint Michael Eppan wines have become a more frequent sight at Spiritus over the past year, not only their pinot grigio but also their intriguing lagrein. Now, we’re excited to introduce you to their reserve pinot noir. The winery is nestled in the foothills of the Dolomiti mountains of Northern Italy. This rugged region of sharp peaks and snow-capped crests spans the traditional Tyrol countryside encompassing southern Austria and northern Italy. This riserva delivers more body and depth than typical pinots from the area along with notes of red cherry and cinnamon stick. (Gary)
