Order Processing
We typically process all orders within 24 hours. Our inventory is updated hourly on the website to try to accurately reflect the items in stock. Please call us at 1-800-499-WINE if you have any questions regarding current inventory status.
Spiritus will ship your wines to you but takes no responsibility for damage or loss in shipment. Spiritus' prices do not include shipping, handling, foreign duties or Connecticut sales tax (6.35%). Our products are packed in UPS approved shippers. Addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. If you have a question about shipping to your specific locale please e-mail us (info@spirituswines.com) or call 1-800-499-WINE and we will be happy to help you.
Important:
State legislation prohibits shipping to many states including (among others): Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Vermont.
Domestic Shipping and Restrictions
Spiritus ships primarily via UPS Ground.* Estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days depending upon destination. Shipping fees for UPS Ground are based on fees per package. We have updated our shipping costs for each state in an effort to keep the fees as low as possible for you. Fees for shipping a 12 bottle case of wine range between $26 (NY) and $45 (CA). 2nd day or overnight deliveries are available upon request. Please contact us for a quote for service. Orders over $200 will be insured free of charge.

All shipments will require an adult signature of a person at least 21 years of age.
