The iconic Gilles Noblet Pouilly-Fuissé was the outstanding favorite at our 40th Anniversary celebration evening. If you were not one of the lucky 100 guests in attendance at the party, you can still enjoy this chardonnay at your leisure at home. Delicious notes of honeysuckle, pear, green papaya, and linden overlay a round, friendly mouthfeel. This is another white you will want gracing your Thanksgiving table as the perfect companion to fowl such as turkey or pheasant, as well as succulent green vegetables such as garlicky green beans and peas, or braised parsnips and butternut squash.
