This gorgeous red from Borgo Salcetino is crafted from 95% sangiovese and 5% canaiolo and vinified in wood in the superbly beautiful and indescribably isolated hamlet of Radda in Chianti. With velvety, bright raspberry and cherry, licorice, and a complex woodsy character carrying sylvan notes of mushroom, any pasta or game dish would be a perfect match.
