The Ryder cabernet is destemmed and lightly pressed, aged in French, American and Hungarian oak, and dances across the tongue with mocha plum, moreno cherry, graphite, green tea, and a pleasant zing. The winery recommends blue cheese burgers, bacon-wrapped asparagus and filet mignon, advice with which I would not dare to argue. (Jenny)
